Mechanical Engineer (523-291)

Provide high-quality process/project support and technical leadership to the mill's operations group resulting in improved product quality, productivity and reduced costs.
Key Accountabilities:
Build effective project teams and manage Capital projects with aligning objectives with business goals
Provide engineering leadership and expertise to accomplish technical alternative reviews, develop sound proposals, implementation and startup of projects.
Effectively communicate and plan assigned projects with suppliers, vendors, and contractors
Coordinate construction resources to efficiently implement and startup projects.
Manage multiple projects from conception through completion.
Be an advocate of national and local codes, mill specifications, and documentation systems.
Provide direction and oversight to contract engineering.
Provide engineering and technical support to mill operations and maintenance.
Provide Maintenance leadership support during outages and weekends
Be an advocate of mill specifications and documentation
Required Skills

Demonstrated ability to solve problems, lead change and drive improvement
Familiarity with multiple disciplines: Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and MS Project
Required Experience
Knowledge and Experience:
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
GPA of 2.75 or higher
Can demonstrate effective interpersonal, analytical and technical skills
Familiarity with multiple disciplines: Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Process
Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
