Electrical Engineer (524-291)

Provide electrical engineering support for expense and capital projects, through design, implementation and maintenance phases of systems. Ensure compliance with codes, utilization of standard methods for installations and exercise project engineering skills required for presentation, documentation, installation and budget control.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide electrical design and project engineering support, including documentation, equipment specifications and purchases, project budget control, initiation of capital expenditure requests, and associated tasks.
2. Provide engineering support for maintenance E/I technicians in electrical systems and process control.
3. Provide input to the capital planning and 5-year plan allocation requests.
4. Initiate, prepare and support Project Appropriation Requests, to include initiating environmental & safety reviews.
5. Develop and optimize electrical power distribution equipment reliability programs.
6. Initiate and prepare capital expenditure requests.
7. Review the Contractors Environmental Policies and Procedures and safety requirements with contractors brought on site.
8. Maintain consistent and accurate electrical documentation for DPM/DRPM through drawing review and checking procedures.
9. Develop innovative solutions for complex electrical systems by analyzing problems and providing electrical engineering support for trouble resolutions following the RCFA process.
10. Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and company safety policies and procedures, including safety training, inspections, accident investigation, factory mutual insurance requirements and housekeeping.
11. Promote the safety and health of all team members.
12. Perform work without committing unsafe acts, maintain a safe and orderly work area, and participate in division safety programs.
13. Participate with and support start-up of assigned projects to obtain smooth operation within the overall project schedule.
14. Provide technical and back up support to the Energy Manager

3. Coordinate the computer systems of process control network technology.

Required Experience
Knowledge and Experience:
Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Engineering project management experience desired.
Knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage electrical systems, with an emphasis on project engineering knowledge desired.
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems, paper machine drive systems, and general principles of automation and computer interfacing is desired.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
